
Ingredients
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 cup cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Step 1
Mix sugar & cream in pan - stir and cook until soft ball forms when tried in water.
Step 2
Remove from fire, don't stir 5 x 7 minutes.
Step 3
Then beat and add vanilla.
Step 4
Cream as much as possible, until it begins to get thick.
Step 5
Spread on cake.
Step 6
If thickens too much add little cream & heat.
