
Ingredients
- 1/4 lb butter, cut up
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 T cream
- 1/2+ t. lemon
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 C sifted flour
- 1/4 t. baking powder
- 1/4 t. salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cream butter in processor.
Step 2
With motor running, add sugar through the tube.
Step 3
Add cream, egg, flavoring and blend.
Step 4
Combine flour, b. powder, & salt & add to sugar mixture.
Step 5
Blend 3-5 seconds.
Step 6
Chill dough.
