- 1 7 oz. box almond paste grated in Cuisinart
- 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. (scant) egg whites slightly beaten
Instructions
Step 1
Add 1 7 oz. box almond paste grated in Cuisinart.
Step 2
Add 2/3 c. granulated sugar to Cuisinart.
Step 3
Beat well - 'til crumbly.
Step 4
Add 1/4 c. (scant) egg whites slightly beaten.
Step 5
Transfer to electric beater bowl.
Step 6
With beater on low slowly add egg whites.
Step 7
Beat on high 3 min. -> creamy paste.
Step 8
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Step 9
Drop 1/2 size dollops onto wax paper lined baking sheet.
Step 10
Bake at 350° 15 min. or 'til lightly brown (over).
