Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/4 c. chopped toasted pecans
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 stick cold butter, cut into bits
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 stick butter, melted & cooled
- 3 T bourbon
- 1 vanilla, pinch of salt
Instructions
Step 1
Sift together (flour, salt, baking powder) in a bowl. Set aside.
Step 2
Pulse (chopped toasted pecans, sugar, cold butter, flour mixture) in Cuisinart until it resembles meal.
Step 3
In a bowl beat (eggs, packed dark brown sugar, butter, bourbon, vanilla, pinch of salt) until well combined.
