
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. unsalted butter (room temp)
- 5/8 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. flour, sifted
- 1/4 t. double acting baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the butter into pieces and blend in food processor with the steel blade.
Step 2
With the machine running, gradually add the sugar through the tube.
Step 3
Sift dry ingredients and add them to the butter and sugar mixture.
Step 4
Blend.
