
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Lady fingers
- 8 oz. Chocolate chips
- 2 T Cold water
- 4 t. Sugar
- 2 Eggs, separated
- 2/3 C. Heavy cream, whipped
- 2/3 t. Vanilla
Instructions
Step 1
Melt chocolate in double boiler. Add sugar and water. Blend well. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating vigorously with a spoon or whisk after each addition.
Step 3
Fold in (over)
