
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 c. blueberries (2 pints)
- 1 t. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 T quick cooking tapioca
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. quick cooking oats
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t. ginger
- 4 T butter
Instructions
Step 1
Sprinkle lemon juice over berries.
Step 2
Mix sugar and quick cooking tapioca together - put in buttered baking dish.
Step 3
Mix brown sugar, flour, quick cooking oats, cinnamon, ginger, and butter together in Cuisinart.
Step 4
Spread evenly over blueberries.
Step 5
Bake @ 400° 20-25 min.
