Chocolate Ice Cream Cups

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Semi sweet chocolate bits
  • 4 T. butter

Instructions

Step 1
Combine chocolate and butter in top of double boiler. Heat over hot water, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted.
Step 2
Coat inside of paper baking cups, set in muffin tin, refrigerate.
Step 3
Remove paper, fill cups and refrigerate until ready to serve.
