
Ingredients
- 1 c. prunes (cover w/ H2O in saucepan)
- 2 T. prune juice
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 3 egg whites (beat 'til stiff, but not dry)
Instructions
Step 1
Cook prunes (cover w/ H2O in saucepan) until tender, drain. 15-20 min.
Step 2
Blend 1st 5 ingredients in blender 'til smooth.
Step 3
Fold egg whites into prune mix. Spoon into serving dishes. Chill.
