Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 c. chopped apple
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Instructions
Step 1
Beat egg until light. Add sugar & beat until creamy.
Step 2
Stir together flour, b. powder, & salt. Add to egg mixture along with remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Mix well!
Step 4
Turn into well buttered (small Pam lined) pie pan.
