Ingredients

  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1 1/2 C. sugar
  • 2 C. bourbon
  • 1 1/2 C. bourbon
  • 1/2 C. rum
  • 4 C. heavy cream, cold
  • 3.5 C. half-and-half

Instructions

Step 1
Beat eggs in lg. bowl, gradually adding sugar, until thick & light: about 5 min.
Step 2
Stir in bourbon.
Step 3
Beat cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold cream into mixture.
