
Ingredients
- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 1/2 C. sugar
- 2 C. bourbon
- 4 C. heavy cream, cold
- 3 C. half-and-half
Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs in lg. bowl, gradually adding sugar, until thick & light; about 5 min.
Step 2
Stir in bourbon.
Step 3
Beat cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold cream into egg mixture.
