Ingredients

  • 2 C. Chick peas (reserve some liquid)
  • 2/3 C. Tahini paste
  • 1/4 C. Lemon juice
  • 4-3 Cloves garlic (to taste)
  • 5-8 T. Olive oil, divided
  • 1 t. Paprika
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Step 1
Puréé chick peas, tahini, 3 T. olive oil, lemon juice & garlic until smooth, adding a little of the chick pea liquid if mixture is too thick.
Step 2
Season with salt & pepper. Transfer to serving bowl.
