
Ingredients
- 2 C. Chick peas (reserve some liquid)
- 2/3 C. Tahini paste
- 1/4 C. Lemon juice
- 4-3 Cloves garlic (to taste)
- 5-8 T. Olive oil, divided
- 1 t. Paprika
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Step 1
Puréé chick peas, tahini, 3 T. olive oil, lemon juice & garlic until smooth, adding a little of the chick pea liquid if mixture is too thick.
Step 2
Season with salt & pepper. Transfer to serving bowl.
