
Ingredients
- 3 oz Smoked salmon, diced
- 3 oz goat cheese
- 2 T. 2% yogurt
- 1/2 t. lemon juice
- 4 or 1/2 t. chopped fresh dill or dried dill
- sliced cucumber
Instructions
Step 1
Reserve bits of salmon for garnish.
Step 2
Combine salmon, cheese, yogurt, l. juice & dill in food processor - on/off until mixed, not puréed.
Step 3
Place on cuke slice.
Step 4
Garnish with salmon.
