- envelope gelatine
- can beef broth
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 1/4 t. Hot curry powder
- salt, pepper
- 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 2 T butter (for curry sauce)
- 2 shallots, chopped (for curry sauce)
- 2 t. curry (for curry sauce)
- 3 T. flour (for curry sauce)
- salt, pepper (for curry sauce)
- 3/4 c. heavy cream (for curry sauce)

Step 1
Sprinkle gelatine over 1/4 c. water and let stand a few minutes.
