Ingredients

  • envelope gelatine
  • can beef broth
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  • 1/4 t. Hot curry powder
  • salt, pepper
  • 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 T butter (for curry sauce)
  • 2 shallots, chopped (for curry sauce)
  • 2 t. curry (for curry sauce)
  • 3 T. flour (for curry sauce)
  • salt, pepper (for curry sauce)
  • 3/4 c. heavy cream (for curry sauce)

Instructions

Step 1
Sprinkle gelatine over 1/4 c. water and let stand a few minutes.
