
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (4 ounces) pitted black olives
- 6 anchovy fillets
- 4 tablespoons capers, drained
- 1 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Black pepper to taste
- Pita bread and vegetables sticks for serving
Instructions
Step 1
Purée the olives, anchovy fillets, capers and mustard in a food processor.
Step 2
Work in the olive oil, a teaspoon at a time.
Step 3
Season with plenty of pepper; no more salt will be needed.
Step 4
Serve with pita bread and vegetable sticks.
