
Ingredients
- 1 8oz. pkg cream cheese
- 1 C. sour cream
- (2 T.) juice of 1 lemon
- pinch cayenne
- to taste salt & pepper
- 4 oz. red (Salmon) caviar
Instructions
Step 1
Blend cr. cheese & s. cream in Cuisinart.
Step 2
add lemon juice, cayenne, salt, & pepper.
Step 3
Blend. Then fold in caviar.
Step 4
Serve as dip or as spread on crackers.
