
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Blue cheese
- 2 oz. cognac
- 8 oz. Wispride port wine cheese
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 T. Worcestershire
- dash Tabasco
Instructions
Step 1
Have all cheese at room temperature.
Step 2
Beat until somewhat smooth with an electric beater the blue cheese and cognac.
Step 3
Add the other ingredients and beat about 15 minutes or until very smooth.
Step 4
Makes about 2 1/2 cups. Store in refrigerator almost indefinitely.
