Tagliatelle With Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 t. unsalted butter
  • 2 T finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. creme fraiche
  • 1-2 T white wine
  • ground black pepper
  • 1/3-1/2 sliced smoked salmon - cut into pieces
  • 1 1/4 lbs fresh tagliatelle
  • 12 oz dried & cooked fettuccine

Instructions

Step 1
Melt butter in lg skillet, medium heat.
Step 2
Add onion & cook stirring for 1 min, add creme fraiche, wine, & 1/2 of salmon.
Step 3
Cook 2 min, stirring gently, then remove from heat.
Step 4
In pot of lightly salted boiling water, add tagliatelle (or fettuccine).
