
Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 5-6 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 6 tbs. fat
Instructions
Step 1
Beat egg yolks well. Add milk and sifted dry ingredients alternately. Blend but don't overbeat. Add butter. Beat egg whites stiff and fold in fairly thoroughly.
Step 2
Heat waffle iron 8-10 min. Cook 3-4 min.
