- 2 lbs boned veal, cubed
- 1 t "accent"
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 3 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 2 T paprika
- 1 1/3 cups raw rice
- 1 3/8 oz. mushrooms (can)
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 t thyme
- Bay leaf
