- 2 T oil
- 2 pounds stew beef
- 1 tsp Accent
- 2 tsp beef bouillon
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 1 3oz. can canned sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. paprika
- pepper
- 1 1/3 cups reg rice
- 1 pt. sour cream

Step 1
Cut meat into 1 inch cubes, brown in oil in large sauce pan or stew pot.
