
Ingredients
- 7.5 lbs. whole tenderloin
- Harper clain (16)
- 2 T. melted butter
- 1 t. Worcestershire
- 1/4 - 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 - 1/2 t. pepper
- 1/4 - 1/2 t. allspice
Instructions
Step 1
Let whole tenderloin warm up 1-2 hrs.
Step 2
Rub with melted butter, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and allspice.
Step 3
Tie back small end and place in rack in grooved roasting pan.
Step 4
Bake at 425° for 1 1/4 hr. - perfect!
