Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 9" unbaked pie crust
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 c. light or dark brown sugar
  • 3 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans

Instructions

Step 1
Combine corn syrup, sugar, eggs, butter, and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into pie crust.
Step 2
Sprinkle pecans on top.
Step 3
Bake at 350° 45-50 minutes or longer until center is set.
