
Ingredients
- 2 C. flour
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 3 T. crisco
- 1/4 C. H2O or vodka, chilled
Instructions
Step 1
Process flour, salt, butter, Crisco in short pulses until like corn meal.
Step 2
Drop water slowly while processing until ball is formed.
Step 3
Chill dough in plastic wrap 1 hour.
Step 4
Then let stand 15 min. before rolling out.
