
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Italian (Herb) bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. tarragon
- 4 oz. Swiss or Gruyère cheese, cut up
- 1 c. chopped ham
- 1 egg yolk, beaten with 2 T. water
- 10 chicken breasts
Instructions
Step 1
Flatten chicken breasts.
Step 2
Mix cheese & ham and divide among chicken breasts.
Step 3
Roll each breast up, dip in yolk mixture, & then in bread crumbs.
Step 4
Place in buttered baking dish.
Step 5
Surround with Sauce Suprême (over).
Step 6
Top with tarragon.
Step 7
Bake @ 350° 35–40 min.
