Chicken In White Wine And Tarragon

Ingredients

  • 4 (4 oz each) chicken breasts
  • 1 C. dry white wine
  • 1 T. dried tarragon
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 t. minced garlic
  • 1 t. dry mustard
  • 1 t. pepper

Instructions

Step 1
Put chicken in flat casserole.
Step 2
Pour wine over chicken.
Step 3
Combine remaining ingredients & rub on chicken.
Step 4
Cover dish with foil.
Step 5
Bake at 350° 35 minutes.
Step 6
Remove foil.
Step 7
Broil chicken about 5" from heat 2-3 minutes.
