- 1/2 c. lemon juice (4 lemons)
- 1/2 c. lime juice (4 limes)
- 2 t. gingerroot, finely chopped
- 2 t. chopped garlic
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 1/4 t. freshly ground black pepper
- 3 T. chopped parsley
- 3 t. dried dill (or 3 T fresh)
- 1 t. dried tarragon (or 2 T fresh)
- 6 T. unsalted butter, melted
