
Ingredients
- 8 8 chicken breasts, boned
- 1/2 c. 1/2 c. apricot preserves
- 1 T. 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 c. 1/2 c. non fat yogurt (Lemon Y. is good)
- 1/2 c. 1/2 c. flour
- 1 t. 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. 1/2 t. slivered almonds
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 3756.
Step 2
Roll chicken in dry flour & salt.
Step 3
Add to baking dish in a shallow layer.
Step 4
Melt preserves in small saucepan.
Step 5
Place chicken in oven covered.
Step 6
After 25 minutes, uncover & sprinkle.
Step 7
Continue another 15 minutes uncovered. Sprinkle almonds & yogurt.
