Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3 T. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 2 c. diced turkey
  • 1/4 t. celery salt
  • 1/8 t. pepper
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 oz. mushrooms (can)
  • 1 c. bouillon or broth

Instructions

Step 1
Melt butter in saucepan.
Step 2
Add onion & sauté 3 min.
Step 3
Stir in flour, salt, celery salt & pepper.
Step 4
Add milk, mushrooms and broth (from turkey carcass or water & bouillon cube).
Step 5
Bring sauce to boil, stirring constantly.
