Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1 t. dry mustard
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. Worcestershire
  • 1/4 t. hot pepper sauce
  • 4 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 c. cut-up cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 fresh bread cubes
  • 1 c. chopped walnut (optional)
  • chicken stock (to keep moist)

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. In 1 1/2 qt. casserole mix 1st 6 ingredients.
Step 2
Stir in half of cheese + remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Bake 40 min. (or less). Sprinkle w/ remaining cheese.
