
Ingredients
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 2 c. small cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3/4 c. thinly sliced fresh basil
- 1 1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
- salt & pepper
- 7 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 4 T. fresh lemon juice
- 3 T. whole grain mustard
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 t. grated lemon peel
Instructions
Step 1
Cook penne per pkg. directions. Drain.
Step 2
Rinse in cold H2O. Drain again.
Step 3
Transfer pasta to lg. bowl.
Step 4
Add tomatoes, basil, & cheese.
