
Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 T dijon mustard
- 2 T sherry vinegar
- 1 1/2 C. vegetable oil
- 1 C. shredded Blue or Roquefort Cheese
- Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Process egg yolks, mustard, vinegar to combine (about 30 seconds).
Step 2
With machine running, slowly pour in oil thru feed tube - thick mayonnaise.
Step 3
Add cheese & process til combined but not smooth.
Step 4
Season with s + p.
