
Ingredients
- 2 T. Dijon mustard
- 3/4 c. olive oil (scant)
- 1 T. fresh lemon juice
- 5 t. white vinegar
- 1 1/4 t. pressed garlic
- 1 1/2 t. each dried basil & thyme (or 1/2 t. fresh)
- 1/8 t. dried tarragon (or 1/4 t. fresh)
- 1/4 t. salt
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- pinch sugar

Combine all ingredients in blender and work until well blended.
