Mustard Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 T. Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 c. olive oil (scant)
  • 1 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 5 t. white vinegar
  • 1 1/4 t. pressed garlic
  • 1 1/2 t. each dried basil & thyme (or 1/2 t. fresh)
  • 1/8 t. dried tarragon (or 1/4 t. fresh)
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • pinch sugar

Instructions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in blender and work until well blended.
