
Ingredients
- 2 oz. blue cheese (1/3 c. firmly packed)
- 1/2 C. olive oil
- 1 1/2 T. red wine vinegar
- 3/4+ salt
- Dash freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
With metal blade process cheese for 5 seconds.
Step 2
Add oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to beaker.
Step 3
Process until well blended.
