Ingredients

  • 4 the. butter
  • 2 beaten egg yolks
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 T Grand Marnier or 1 T Sherry Grand Marnier or Sherry
  • 1 1/2 c. conf. sugar (sifted)
  • 2 stiffly beaten egg whites

Instructions

Step 1
Cream butter; add yolks & vanilla, mix throughly.
Step 2
Add sugar gradually, creaming after each addition.
Step 3
Fold in whites thoroughly.
Step 4
Can be made ahead.
