Hollandaise In Microwave

Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 lemon juiced or to taste
  • pinch salt
  • pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 c. melted butter (salted)

Instructions

Step 1
Beat all except butter in microsafe bowl until smooth.
Step 2
Slowly add melted butter while whisking until well incorporated.
Step 3
Heat in microwave 15-20 seconds. Whisk.
