
Ingredients
- 2 c. fresh basil (break large leaves into 2-3 pieces)
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 T. pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic, lightly crushed & peeled
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 T. Romano
Instructions
Step 1
Blend these ingredients (can freeze here): fresh basil, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic, and salt.
Step 2
Beat in by hand: freshly grated Parmesan and Romano.
