Broiled Fillets Of Fish With Mustard

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2-2 lbs. filler of sole, haddock, etc.
  • 1 T. oil
  • 2 T. mayonnaise
  • 1 T. prepared (Dijon) mustard
  • 2 t. parsley (fresh chopped or dry)

Instructions

Step 1
Place fish in flat baking dish.
Step 2
Sprinkle with salt + pepper, and brush with oil.
Step 3
Blend mayo, mustard, parsley + spread over fish.
Step 4
Bake at 350° for 9 min; broil for 3 or until golden brown on top and just cooked through.
