
Ingredients
- 1 lb scallops
- fine bread crumbs
- a pinch salt
- 3 T butter
- 1 t. curry
- 2 t. lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and dry scallops on towel.
Step 2
Coat scallops with bread crumbs and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Place in cooking dish.
Step 4
For sauce: melt 3 T butter together with 1 t. curry, simmer 2 min.
Step 5
Add 2 t. lemon juice, simmer 1 min.
Step 6
Drizzle over scallops.
Step 7
Bake scallops at 425° for 15 min.
