Catfish With Mustard

Ingredients

  • 4 thin catfish fillets
  • catfish fillets (about 1-1/4 pounds total)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1/3 cup pecan halves, toasted then chopped
  • 4 lemon wedges

Instructions

Step 1
Place rack 6" from broiler. Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray.
Step 2
Place fillets in pan. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Spread mustard on top of fillets. Broil for 5 minutes or until done.
Step 4
The mustard will darken, do not allow it to burn.
Step 5
Place each fillet on a plate with a lemon wedge.
Step 6
Garnish fish with chives and pecans. Serves 4.
