Dilly Gray Sole

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. sole or flounder
  • 4 T. butter, melted
  • 1/2 t. dried thyme
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 T. chopped dill
  • 1 c. sour cream

Instructions

Step 1
Sprinkle fish with salt & pepper.
Step 2
Lay fillets in greased casserole.
Step 3
Combine butter, thyme, dill & s. cream.
Step 4
Spread over fish.
Step 5
Bake @350° 9 minutes.
Step 6
Put fish under broiler for 3 minutes.
