
Ingredients
- 4 Salmon Steaks
- 1 C. White Wine
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 Pks. Gelatin
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 Sprigs Parsley
- 3/4 C. Mayonnaise
- 1/4 t. Tarragon
- 1 1/2 t. Chives
- 1 T. Parsley
Instructions
Step 1
Add bay leaf and parsley sprig to wine and lemon juice. Bring to simmering point in large skillet.
Step 2
Add salmon steaks and poach (cook below simmering point) uncovered for 15 min. or until done on top of stove.
Step 3
Remove steaks and cool on a cake rack.
Step 4
Remove skin and bone. Boil the poaching liquid.
