- 1 Pound haddock fillet (skinned)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter (melted)

Step 1
Heat oven to 400°
Step 2
In a buttered dish add cream
Step 3
Place haddock in dish.
Step 4
Combine cracker crumbs, parmesan, butter
Step 5
Top haddock with crumb mixture
Step 6
Bake 20 minutes
Step 7
Salt and pepper to taste
