
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. fillet of sole, haddock, etc.
- 1 T. oil
- 2 T. mayonnaise
- 1 T. prepared (Dijon) mustard
- 2 t. parsley (fresh chopped or dry)
Instructions
Step 1
Place fish in flat baking dish. Sprinkle with salt + pepper, and brush with oil.
Step 2
Blend mayo, mustard, parsley + spread over fish.
Step 3
Bake at 350° for 9 min; broil for 3 or until golden brown on top and just cooked through.
