
Ingredients
- 1 lb scallops
- bread crumbs
- pinch salt
- 3 T butter
- 1 t. curry
- 2 t. lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and dry scallops on towel.
Step 2
Fin bread crumbs & pinch of salt.
Step 3
Coat scallops with crumbs & place in cooking dish.
Step 4
Melt butter together with curry and simmer 2 min.
Step 5
Add lemon juice. Simmer 1 min.
Step 6
Drizzle over scallops.
Step 7
Bake scallops @ 425° 15 min.
