
Ingredients
- 1 lb. bay scallops
- 1 egg
- to taste salt & pepper
- pinch of cayenne
- 1/8 t. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
- butter
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°.
Step 2
Put scallops, egg, salt & pepper, cayenne & nutmeg in Cuisinart. Start blending while gradually adding the cream through the funnel. Blend thoroughly (1 1/2 c. capacity).
Step 3
Butter 4 individual soufflé dishes (or 1 round ring mold) & spoon in mixture. Smooth over top & cover with foil.
