- 2 inches Water/sea or salted fresh
- Lobsters
Instructions
Step 1
Bring 2" water/sea or salted fresh to rolling boil.
Step 2
Put lobsters in head first, one at a time.
Step 3
Bring water to boil again & begin timing.
Step 4
15-18 min. for 1-1 1/4 pounders (hard shells).
Step 5
18-20 min. for 1 1/2 (hard shells).
Step 6
If soft shell, reduce heat by 3 min. (over).
