Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooked or canned sliced beets (fresh cooked much tastier)
  • 1 c. beet liquor
  • 1/2 c. beef bouillon
  • 3 T. lemon juice
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Instructions

Step 1
Cook with minimum amt of H2O - liquor.
Step 2
(can add 2-3 T. ground ginger/fresh, cut down lemon j.)
