
Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked or canned sliced beets (fresh cooked much tastier)
- 1 c. beet liquor
- 1/2 c. beef bouillon
- 3 T. lemon juice
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 egg
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 c. sour cream

Step 1
Cook with minimum amt of H2O - liquor.
Step 2
(can add 2-3 T. ground ginger/fresh, cut down lemon j.)
