12 oz oysters
1 1/2 - 2 T butter
1/4 t celery salt
2/3 - 3 milk milk
2 c light cream

Drain oysters, save oyster liquid. Heat butter until edges curl. Add remaining ingredients including oyster liquid. Heat.
